If our technicians can’t fix your MINI on the spot, we’ll arrange for it to be towed to your preferred MINI Certified Collision Repair Centre, where we’ll quickly restore it to its former glory.

In case of a mechanical breakdown, towing or flatbed transportation of your vehicle will be arranged to the nearest MINI Retailer.2
Enables you to send a mesage via the MINI Accident Management Hotline to a family member, friend, or business associate in the event of an emergency.
MINI will reimburse you up to $500 for any of the combined following expenses: towing, vehicle rental, emergency transportation, and accomodation.3
For mechanical disablement covered by warranty, you may be eligible for reimbursement for out of pocket expenses. Should the incident occur within 100km of your residence, you may be eligible for up to $100 for commercial transportation (bus, train, taxi, etc.). Should the incident occur over 100km from your residence3, you may be eligible for a reimbursement for out of pocket expenses of up to $650 which include: transportation, vehicle rental, accommodation and return to repair site.
In the event of an accident, our Accident Management Specialists will notify police and emergency services, coordinate transportation for you and your passengers, and organize towing to the nearest MINI Certified Collision Repair Centre.
Your MINI will be restored to its original safety specifications by specially-trained technicians in facilities equipped with MINI approved equipment.
